Researchers from the Center on Violence Against Women and Children (VAWC) at Rutgers School of Social Work are piloting an evidence-informed method for assessing the climate regarding sexual assault on the school’s New Brunswick campus. As the research team completes the phases of its campus climate assessment, researchers are sharing lessons learned in a guide comprised of serially released chapters along with resources and tools that will be available for download. The guides, complete with relevant tools, provide key considerations and lessons learned to comprise a generalizable method that may be adapted to other higher education settings interested in assessing the climate on their campus.
