Criminal sexual contact is defined as the intentional, non-consensual touching of intimate parts of the body for the purpose of degrading or humiliating the victim or arousing or gratifying the actor. This behavior can include the perpetrator forcing the victim to touch her/himself, or touching the perpetrator, or the perpetrator touching the victim.
